Medical Dermal Needling

Plump, texture and rejuvenate! Micro-needling is the most effective way to induce new skin growth with unparalleled collagen induction via fractional delivery of micro-needles into the epidermis and dermis. Micro-needling harnesses the body’s ability to repair the skin through collagen induction and promote new skin growth.

With needling, the skin is tricked into generating new healthy skin. The process of post-needling skin rejuvenation can go on for months after each treatment. Results can be seen within a week or even a few days. Your skin naturally heals itself every 45 days, so with a little micro-needling stimulation, changes can be dramatic and fast.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many treatments are needed?

Different skin conditions need specific treatment regimens, and are also affected by age.  3 aggressive treatments will provide a noticeable difference, however 6 treatments will show the most dramatic results. Once the treatment has the desired effect, it is important to maintain collagen stimulation by returning to your practitioner every 12 weeks for a treatment.

Does dermal needling hurt?

This treatment does call for the use of an anesthetic cream to numb the area, to allow for a deeper, more aggressive treatment.  There is some discomfort. The skin may appear red and irritated for a few days. Specially formulated creams can be used to minimize this effect.
